Our collection consists of over 40,000 items, including books, magazines, audiobooks on CD, and DVDs. All materials are checked out for two weeks and most everything can be renewed either in person or over the phone. A drop box is located behind the library where materials can be returned when we are not open.
Patrons are encouraged to contact us by phone, email or in person for assistance with reference questions.
There are several public access computers available for patron use and the Library provides free Wi-Fi access. Printing and copying services are available at 15 cents per page. Faxing is available at $1.00 per page.
Interlibrary Loan Services
The library participates with the MelCat program provided by the statewide Michigan Electronic Library. Patrons are encouraged to visit the MelCat website at www.mel.org or by using the links on our website to request items from other libraries that we do not have in our collection. To place a request from MelCat, patrons use their name and a valid library card. All requested items are delivered to the Mendon Township Library and library staff will notify you when they are available.
